Summary
Estiko Packaging Solutions is expanding its presence in the Nordic countries and is currently seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Sweden. This is a remote position that offers a high degree of independence, flexibility, and the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects in the innovative packaging solutions industry.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

You excel at building long-term strategies while also having the ability to identify and act on opportunities that require quick resolution. Your role will involve establishing and cultivating relationships that drive meaningful business growth for the company.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional who:
- Delivers exceptional results and demonstrates a strong drive for sales success.
- Has proven experience in solution sales, with at least 2 years of working in a B2B environment.
- Understands the sales process, including its various stages, and is skilled at independently planning and executing strategies to meet targets and budgets.
- Is self-motivated and has the ability to maintain focus and motivation in achieving goals.
- Holds a college degree and communicates fluently in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
- Is ready and willing to travel for business as needed.
