We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our Nordics team. This role will be responsible for leading the regional sales function, driving a focused and strategic approach to engaging end users, and delivering against key sales targets across the region.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Delivering against, and exceeding, revenue targets
- Contributing as a key member of the European leadership team
About you:
- Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams across multiple countries
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience working within the equipment rental industry
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Commercially and financially astute with a customer-centric mindset
