Sales Manager will be responsible for executing the sales strategy for Gokin Panels products in the assigned territory. This position will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with Distribution Partners and potential customers. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, market share growth and revenue targets are achieved.


Key Responsibilities:

Execute the sales strategy for Modules products in the assigned territory, in alignment with company goals and objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with Distribution Partners, potential customers, and industry stakeholders.

Understand customer needs and provide them with Gokin Panels.

Develop proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts with customers, in compliance with company policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the energy sector, preferably in PV industry.

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience developing and executing sales strategies in a competitive market.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
