Job description

Responsibilities

1. Development and Maintenance of Distribution Channels

  • Assist dealers to develop distribution channels in various regions.
  • Undertake company & EIBC construction goals, publicize and implement policy, and assist dealers and distributors in the construction.
  • Visit EIBC stores, review the status of each store, acquire business information, and ensure a good display of products on the shelf.


2. Collect Business Information

  • Investigate sales channels, track channel dynamics, and obtain information about competitors & business activities and competing products.
  • Summarize market information and customer feedback, analyze existing problems.
  • Collect industry information, including local industry development status and trends, government policy, and company trends in the industry.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in power tools industries.
  • A proven track record of developing and managing importer/distributor networks.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dutch market, ideally with existing relationships in the industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Working language: English & Dutch.
