Position Purpose:


To develop and grow sales of PV solutions in the commercial and industrial (C&I) segment, focusing on the commercialization of solar modules, building long-term B2B customer relationships and strengthening the company’s market position and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage a portfolio of C&I customers (companies, industrial clients, EPCs, installers, engineering firms,..).
  • Actively sell solar PV module, providing technical and commercial advice tailored to customer needs.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
  • Prepare commercial offers and techno-economic proposals, in coordination with the technical team.
  • Negotiate commercial terms (pricing, volumes, delivery schedules, logistics).
  • Manage the sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and technological developments.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity, forecasts, and results.



Requirements:


Education


  • Technical or university degree (Engineering, Renewable Energy, Industrial, Business, or similar).
  • Specific training in solar photovoltaic energy is an advantage.


Experience


  • Minimum 3–5 years of commercial experience in the solar PV sector
  • Proven experience in selling solar modules
  • Strong knowledge of the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) market
  • Experience working with B2B customers, EPCs, installers, or engineering firms


Technical Knowledge


  • Solar module technology
  • Basic understanding of self-consumption, PPAs
  • General knowledge of system design and performance
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

  • Consultative sales approach with strong technical understanding
  • High level of autonomy, organization, and time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude with a strong business-oriented mindset
  • Recent and relevant sales experience in the PV Industry in the assigned region and client segment
  • Willing and able to be based in Spain with frequent business travel within the region
  • Native level Spanish and proficient English
