Sales Manager, Scandinavia (preferrable Finnish speaking)

In nearly all industries, heat exchangers play a pivotal role for efficient process operation. Heat rejection and heat recovery are essential to increase the overall efficiency of cooling and heating systems. With decades of experience and a proven track record in delivering heat exchangers to both offshore and onshore facilities, we meet the industry’s most stringent requirements.


For this we are now looking for a Sales Manager, to continue to bring out the sustainable solutions to new and existing customers in primary Finland and Sweden but also other countries in Scandinavia. Focus segment will be Transport, Heavy & Light industry.


You can work from home office anywhere in Sweden. The role will report to Head of Vertical Market for UK, Irland & Scandics.


The position

The role will be the first point of contact with customers. Reaching out to customers and building relations is focus for the role. In this position the role will be offering a high grade of responsibility to provide customer access to the application engineering experts across the Kelvion organization.

A proactive approach is essential.


Overall Responsibilities

  • Continue the work building good and close relationships with the key customers in Finland and in the Scandinavian region
  • Focus on developing & growing customer business (both end user and EPC)
  • Be the first point of contact for all topics with the existing and potential customers and drive the relevant communications.
  • Promote the Kelvion unique selling propositions (USPs) and increase awareness of Kelvion solutions
  • Follow up new leads and opportunities and show a local presence at the customers by frequent visits.
  • Monitoring competitors’ activity with the account and ensures that appropriate response strategies are formulated and implemented.


The role will participate of regular meeting structure with UK & Scandinavia Sales Team and other internal functions like GSE (Global Solutions and Engineering).


Profile

To thrive in the role, we believe that you:

  • Have preferably a university degree, in either Process or Mechanical Engineering. If you do not have a university degree, we will look for equivalent experience.
  • Have several years’ experience from similar assignments in mechanical/ technical engineering environment, with a strong customer focus.
  • Have experience working in an international/global and matrix organization
  • Fluent oral and written skills English is needed.
  • Finnish speaking is strongly preferrable, to support and communicate with our customers in Finland the very best way.
  • To have an experience in the heat exchanger industry will be a plus.


As a person you are good at networking and establishing relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, both internal and external. You are team oriented and have a pioneering spirit and contributing to the building-up process of a sales organization. You also have a strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.

Some travel will be needed in this role.
