At Nuclio Talent, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the Italian market for one of the most promising scale-ups in the national ecosystem, headquartered in Valencia.
What are the responsibilities of a Sales Manager (Italian Market)?
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives and SDRs focused on the Italian market.
- Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s presence in Italy.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Set clear sales targets, monitor individual and team performance, and implement coaching actions to optimize results.
- Foster close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders in Italy.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities within the Italian market.
- Stay up to date with competitors, industry trends, and evolving customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
What skills are required to be considered for this position?
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or HR Tech, with a strong focus on the Italian market.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling teams of Account Executives and SDRs.
- Strong knowledge of Italian business culture and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM tools and sales data to drive performance.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Availability to travel to Italy as required.
