We are supporting an international healthcare and diagnostics organisation in the search for a Sales Manager – Northern Europe to drive commercial growth across the Nordic and Baltic markets.


This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare organisations while expanding access to advanced genetic diagnostic services. The successful candidate will take ownership of regional business development activities, identifying new opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and representing the organisation at industry meetings and events.


You will collaborate with international commercial and scientific teams to position innovative diagnostic solutions that support clinicians and healthcare systems in improving patient care.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to grow the organisation’s presence across the Nordic and Baltic markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, laboratories, clinics, and healthcare institutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, laboratory leaders, and clinical stakeholders
  • Present and position advanced diagnostic services to prospective customers, translating complex scientific concepts into clear commercial value
  • Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and partnership agreements with new and existing clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and account development
  • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs to inform commercial strategy
  • Represent the organisation at industry conferences, customer meetings, and regional scientific events
  • Coordinate educational sessions, workshops, and presentations for healthcare professionals in collaboration with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and territory planning using CRM and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with internal scientific, operational, and leadership teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular market insights and commercial feedback to support product development and strategic planning


Key requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in diagnostics, life sciences, healthcare, or laboratory services
  • Experience selling into hospitals, laboratories, or clinical networks
  • Strong understanding of at least one Nordic or Baltic healthcare market
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English and at least one Nordic or Baltic language
  • Willingness to travel across the region
