Sales Manager Nordics / Sweden
About the Role:
A fast-growing identity security innovator is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead their expansion across the Nordics. This is a hunter role, ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, leading high-level sales conversations, and closing deals with C-level stakeholders. As the first person on the ground in the region, you’ll shape the future of the territory and work hands-on across the full sales cycle.

You will need:
- Over 7 years’ experience in B2B sales, including 5+ years selling cybersecurity or IAM solutions directly to mid-large enterprises
- A strong record of exceeding quotas
- Passion for start-up tech environments, with a proactive, driven mindset
- To be based in the Nordics (Sweden preferred)
