Do you want to work in an international, design-driven organization with a strong global presence and the opportunity to shape long-term growth in the Nordic market? MillerKnoll is now strengthening its Nordic commercial organization and is looking for a Sales Manager responsible for the Nordic region.

MillerKnoll is a global collective of design-led brands, formed through the merger of Herman Miller and Knoll. The organization operates across commercial and residential markets and brings together some of the world’s most influential brands within furniture and interior design.

About the Role

As Sales Manager – Nordic Region, you will have overall responsibility for driving sales performance across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland. The role focuses on building strong, commercially driven relationships with designated dealers while actively developing new business opportunities with architects, designers, project management companies and end customers.

You manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to order placement and act as the primary commercial contact for assigned dealers. The role involves coordinating internal MillerKnoll resources, supporting projects throughout the sales process and ensuring high quality delivery in all customer and dealer interactions.

The position is fully remote and reports to the Head of Sales for the Nordics, Central & Eastern Europe. The role includes approximately 50% travel across the Nordic region as well as to selected European showrooms in Paris, London and Milan.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with designated dealers and ensuring MillerKnoll is positioned as the preferred partner at all levels. A key part of the role is identifying, creating and owning sales opportunities within the territory, including responsibility for product applications, specifications, mock-ups and project solutions.

You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as National Account Managers, Global Enterprise Accounts, Major Projects teams, Architecture & Design, and Channel Development, contributing to both regional and global opportunities. You also provide technical and specification support to dealers in cooperation with portfolio and technical teams.

The role requires accurate forecasting, structured CRM usage and timely reporting, primarily through Salesforce. You represent MillerKnoll at regional events and fairs and are expected to deliver best-in-class presentations, proposals and tender responses, both verbally and in writing.

Is This You?

To succeed in this role, you have a minimum of five years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably within a complex or international organization. Experience from furniture, design or architectural products, as well as dealer-based sales models, is considered an advantage. Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is beneficial. Fluency in English is required. One or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish or Icelandic) is considered a merit. A driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

We place great emphasis on personal attributes. You are driven, methodical and energetic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You act with integrity, handle objections professionally and are able to balance autonomy with collaboration in an international team environment. You are comfortable working independently in a remote setup and managing a geographically broad territory. You have a structured way of working, strong commercial understanding and the ability to build trust-based relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

What We Offer

At MillerKnoll, you will be part of a global, design-led organization with a strong heritage and an international presence. The company brings together some of the world’s most influential brands within furniture and interior design, operating across both commercial and residential markets.

You will join a collaborative and values-driven organization with a flat structure and accessible leadership. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and trust, combined with close collaboration with colleagues, dealers and internal stakeholders across the Nordic region and Europe. MillerKnoll provides a stable global platform while offering the opportunity to actively contribute to the continued development and growth of the Nordic market.
