While the "legacy giants" of the Dutch bike industry are struggling with debt and restructuring, our client is lean, agile, and ready to dominate the Utility & Cargo Hybrid segment.
The Netherlands is our #1 priority. We aren't looking for a corporate "Account Manager"—we are looking for an Industry Insider with a solid Zwartboek (Rolodex) who is ready to build a territory from the ground up.

Your Mission:
- Network Construction: Identify, sign, and onboard the Top 20-30 Independent Bike Dealers (IBDs) in the Netherlands.
- Sales Execution: Transition early-stage traction into a dominant market presence.
- Strategic Representation: Act as the face of the brand at major industry events (B2B Festival, Eurobike) and serve as the internal "Voice of the Netherlands."
- Reliable Logistics: Work with our established European factory partners to ensure your dealers have the after-sales support and spare parts they need to succeed.
Who You Are:
- The Specialist: You have a deep track record in the Cargo or E-Bike sector. You understand the technical and commercial nuances of the Dutch 2-wheel market.
- The "Zwartboek" Holder: You have existing, trust-based relationships with premium shop owners and retail buyers across the Randstad and beyond.
- Self-Driven: You thrive in an environment where you are expected to drive results independently. You don't wait for a playbook; you write it.
Career Trajectory: This is an individual contributor role on Day 1, but for the right performer, it is the direct pipeline to the Business Head / Regional Director position as the Dutch team expands.
