DKSH Nordic is looking for our new colleague in Sweden in the position of Sales Manager Food & Beverage Ingredients. At DKSH Nordic we distribute ingredients and specialty chemicals in the Nordics and Baltic countries.

Typical customers are producers of food, medicine, cosmetics, paint, mortar, glue and more. DKSH Nordic is part of the Swiss listed company DKSH, which operates in 36 markets and has more than 30.000 employees worldwide. The DKSH Nordic team consists of 24 employees in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Estonia with our main office in the Copenhagen area.

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to elevate our sales portfolio in Sweden, as part of our Nordic team. In this exciting position, you will be responsible for building the Swedish market from the ground up, in close collaboration with our Danish Food & Beverage Ingredients Manager.

If you possess an in-depth understanding and passion for the industry, together with a track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships, we welcome your expertise and invite you to be part of our team!

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by expanding and strengthening customer and supplier relationships in the Nordic Food & Beverage market, especially in beverages
  • Manage budgets and boost sales for your region and suppliers
  • Build strong, lasting partnerships through regular visits, market insights, and negotiations
  • Analyze product, customer, and supplier performance to optimize sales across all channels
  • Collaborate with European teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
  • Contribute to HACCP risk assessments, ensuring compliance and safety


Your Profile

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude, with a track record of driving long-term sales success
  • Skilled in MS Office and experienced with Salesforce to manage and track your progress
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, ready to communicate with a diverse range of clients
  • Open to regular travel across the Nordic countries, bringing flexibility and a passion for the region
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and build lasting relationships
