Role Overview:
With a global footprint and end-to-end engineering capabilities, we’re helping nine of the world’s top semiconductor companies power the next generation of innovative technologies, creating tangible impact for their customers. Our engineering expertise spans across industries and addresses the entire product development cycle, from market feasibility to solution delivery.
Due to strategic geo-expansion plans, we are hiring a Swedish-speaking Sales Lead with strong experience in automotive or engineering services sales to drive direct engagement with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in Sweden. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, account management, and driving revenue through consultative selling of our digital and engineering offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients (OEMs and Tier-1s) to position our digital and engineering solutions.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles – from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission and closure for digital engineering services.
- Revenue generation for Sweden plus future opportunity to expand the market to Nordics and central Europe.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in client organizations.
- Collaborate with site, nearshore, offshore delivery teams to create customized solutions based on client needs.
- Go-To-Market Strategy - Track market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activity
- Represent the company at local industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the automotive or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge and network within the Swedish (R&D/engineering) Automotive/Heavy Engineering industry
- Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and leading a motivated team, and establishing strong client relationships
- Achieve sales targets, maximize revenue, and contribute to the centre’s overall success
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, manage the sales budget and resources efficiently
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience from a leading role within sales or/and business development
- Swedish nationality or permanent resident with high fluency in Swedish and English.

- Excellent communication, strong negotiation, relationship-building skills and a good team player.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while coordinating with global teams.
- Prior experience selling digital engineering services (e.g., digital twin, connected platforms, Product cyber security services, Reimagining functions and organization using AI).
- Existing network within Swedish automotive OEMs & Tier-1 suppliers, Engineering companies.
