About the Job:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager for the Benelux region to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies that enhance our market presence and achieve ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the regional market, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in machinery sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for the Benelux region to meet company sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new distributors, rental companies, and key accounts
  • Perform market research to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms for the company
  • Oversee the collection and management of sales revenue
  • Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activities to gain a competitive edge
  • Regularly report on sales progress, customer insights, and market developments to management
  • Support promotional activities and enhance overall customer engagement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management within the machinery or equipment industry, preferably in aerial work platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of the Benelux market and existing networks within the region
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify market trends
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within the Benelux region as needed
  • Fluency in Dutch, German and English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
