We're building the institutional memory that manufacturing teams have always needed: a living knowledge base that makes expertise accessible, transferable, and actionable across facilities and languages.


The role

You'll be Soply's first dedicated sales hire, owning the full cycle from prospecting to close. You'll work directly with founders, helping shape how we sell to manufacturers and OEMs across the EU and beyond. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and build from the ground up.


You'll target operations managers, plant directors, and continuous improvement leads at mid-size manufacturers.


What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and discovery to demo, proposal, and close
  • Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market manufacturers and OEMs in the EU, through direct outreach, trade events, and partner channels
  • Represent Soply at industry trade shows and manufacturing events
  • Navigate conversations around system integration, helping customers understand how Soply fits within their existing CMMS, MES, ERP, LMS, or HMI/SCADA stack
  • Collaborate with founders on deal structuring, packaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Feed customer and market insight back to the product team to shape roadmap priorities


What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of B2B experience in SaaS, industrial tech, or manufacturing-adjacent sectors
  • Direct experience selling to or working with manufacturers and OEMs. You understand how production environments are run and what keeps plant managers up at night
  • Solid working knowledge of the software landscape manufacturers use — CMMS, MES, ERP, LMS, and HMI/SCADA systems
  • Proven track record closing deals
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Self-starter who builds process, not just follows it
  • Genuinely curious about AI and excited to sell technology that changes how knowledge is captured and shared on the shop floor
