We’re seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to accelerate revenue growth, expand market presence, and represent a well-established brand across Southern Europe. If you’re passionate about sales, market strategy, and relationship-building in the maritime industry, this role offers real impact and international exposure.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business, upsell services, and grow existing accounts
- Execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with leadership objectives
- Deliver annual revenue and growth targets
- Lead digital marketing initiatives and manage external agencies
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and visits
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Track performance, prepare forecasts, and report to management
- Travel regionally and internationally as required
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the maritime industry (essential)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Marine Engineering, or related field
- Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills
- Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker
- Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities
- Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working under pressure
- Fluent in English, bonus if you speak a scandinavian language
- Willingness to travel
Salary up to €49,000 with an OTE of €70,000 per annum.
