Role Overview:


We’re looking for a hungry, motivated, and personable Sales Excecutive to help us grow. You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in short-term rental management. Your job is to find, pitch, and close property owners to bring their homes under the 3 Suns umbrella.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company and earn residual income from every property you bring on.


What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and build relationships with vacation home owners via cold calls, email, networking, and community outreach.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations on the benefits of 3 Suns' management model.
  • Understand homeowners' pain points and tailor solutions that meet their goals.
  • Conduct property evaluations and help owners understand revenue potential.
  • Guide new owners through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth handoff to operations.
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM and hit acquisition targets.


You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have experience in sales, real estate, vacation rentals, or property management
  • Thrive in commission-based environments and love closing deals
  • Are confident in your communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Understand (or are eager to learn) how short-term rentals work
  • Are self-driven and able to work independently
