Location: Nordics (Malmö, Gothenburg or Copenhagen preferred)

Languages: Swedish or Danish (fluent), English

🎯 What You’ll Do

Drive 80% new business across the Nordic market

Own the full sales cycle: outbound → discovery → close

Generate ~70% of your own pipeline + 30% from BDR/marketing

Sell into mid-market companies (<€2B revenue)

ACV: €35K–€60K (Nordics avg. higher)

Sales cycle: 1–3 months

Quota: ~€400K ARR (Year 1)

Act as a trusted advisor on logistics optimisation and efficiency

💰 Compensation & Perks

OTE: ~€120K

Base: ~592,000 SEK + bonus ~484,000 SEK

Remote-first setup across the Nordics


🧩 What You Bring

5+ years experience in logistics, SaaS, or consulting sales

2+ years closing experience

Strong hunter mentality with proven pipeline generation

Entrepreneurial mindset and commercial drive

Stable career track record


Nice to Have:

Experience in logistics tech or supply chain software

Experience selling project-based solutions

Background combining BDR + AE experience
