What You'll Do
Market Expansion & New Business:
- Identify, target and win mid-market automotive clients across the Nordic region.
- Develop a strong local pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and industry presence
- Position CarCutter as the leading AI image solution in the Nordic automotive ecosystem.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
- Conduct in-depth discovery to understand client workflows, pain points and growth objectives
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing measurable business impact
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Negotiate commercial terms and close mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and retention
- 4+ years of proven success as an Account Executive or Sales Executive in SaaS
- Strong B2B experience selling digital solutions (automotive industry experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding quota and driving consistent revenue growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable building territory and pipeline from scratch
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution discipline
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Native-level Swedish and fluent English. Additonal language is a plus
- Currently based in Sweden
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
