We are excited to be entering a new period of growth within our portfolio, signing new airline accounts that mark an important step forward for our business. To support this momentum, we are looking for a Sales Executive to join our industry‑leading sales representation company.
You will be responsible for delivering sales and business development activities that strengthen relationships with a range of agencies, TMCs, corporate accounts, and trade partners. A self‑motivated and proactive approach is essential, as you will target Swiss trade partners, support customer sales strategies, and embed yourself fully into their way of working to drive long‑term success.
This role offers the chance to grow alongside a diverse and dynamic portfolio, building lasting commercial relationships and contributing to our continued success in the region.
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and the market presence of the airlines under your responsibility
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through thorough market analysis and proactive client acquisition
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partner companies Conducting market research on industry trends, market developments, and competitor analysis
- Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals to clients, while highlighting the advantages of our airline services over competitors
- Negotiating rates and contracts in line with company policies and objectives
- Participating in workshops, training sessions, roadshows, and trade fairs
- Preparing regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market insights for the management team
- Maintaining regular communication with our clients
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of sales experience in tourism, preferably in the airline or travel industry
- Completed vocational training or a Bachelor’s degree in tourism
- Strong knowledge of airlines: sales, pricing structures, and industry regulations
- Solid knowledge of the Swiss Travel Industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with CRM systems
- Fluent in German and advanced proficiency in English; French is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to work in the field (outside sales)
