We are building YOUNG Media — a fast-growing media group with the ambition to become a new-generation DPG / Talpa-style company, focused on niche, high-impact media brands.
We are already owners of brands such as:
- VG Visie (real estate)
- TPO (The Post Online) (news & opinion)
- Pauze (youth-focused)
- Met Grenzeloze Ambitie (podcast & content platform)
- And many more coming soon
We already have:
- Established brands
- Active revenue streams
- A growing portfolio of podcasts, platforms and formats
- Now we are scaling.
The role
We are looking for sales-driven entrepreneurs who want more than just a job.
You will:
- Sell media formats (advertising, advertorials, podcasts, sponsorships, events)
- Work across multiple brands (real estate, business, lifestyle, news, etc.)
- Build your own pipeline and close deals
- Actively contribute to growing new media concepts
- This is not a corporate sales role.
- This is about building, owning and earning.
What you’ll be selling
- Advertisements (online & offline)
- Advertorials & branded content
- Podcast sponsorships
- Event partnerships (e.g. awards, niche events)
- Cross-platform media deals
- Everything we build is designed to be commercially scalable
What we’re looking for
- Strong commercial mindset
- Comfortable with outreach, deals and closing
- Entrepreneurial attitude (ownership > instructions)
- Energy, drive and consistency
- Experience in sales is a plus — mindset is more important
