Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achieving the sales targets within the designated geographical area, and
conducting customer development and management.
2. Provide technical explanations, solution demonstrations and value communication for
multiple product lines to customers (such as distributors and end users, etc.).
3. Understand the technical and business requirements of the clients, prepare technical
solutions, quotations, and conduct contract negotiations.
4. Collect and feedback market information, customer demands and competitive dynamics.
5. Collaborate with the internal technical, project and after-sales teams to ensure the smooth
delivery of the project.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Automation, Energy, etc.) or related science and engineering disciplines.
2. At least 3 years of sales or technical experience in the renewable energy sector (such as PV,
energy storage, etc.) or related industries. Possess an enterprising spirit for business
development.
3. Skills: solid technical skills enable one to understand and communicate complex technical
solutions. Outstanding customer-oriented awareness and interpersonal skills. Experience in
CRM management. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
4. Language: according to the assigned area, the following language requirements must be met:
fluent in Swedish and English.
