A global AI & Data technology services and digital engineering organisation is investing heavily across the Benelux region and is seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Director to lead its next phase of growth.
This is a strategic, high-profile position responsible for driving net-new logo acquisition, developing executive relationships, and establishing the business as a trusted transformation partner to enterprise customers across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
For the right individual, this is an opportunity to significantly influence regional growth while working with a highly respected global delivery organisation capable of supporting some of the world's largest enterprises.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a proven hunter.
Someone who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities where none previously existed, and winning complex enterprise deals.
You will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients across key industries including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, Technology and Energy.
Working closely with senior leadership, solution specialists and global delivery teams, you will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on sustainable revenue growth and long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new logo acquisition across the Benelux region
• Build and execute a strategic territory growth plan
• Develop C-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers and business leaders
• Generate and convert a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
• Lead complex consultative sales cycles from prospecting through to contract signature
• Collaborate with delivery, consulting and technical teams to build compelling client solutions
• Build market presence and establish trusted advisor status within the region
• Contribute to long-term regional growth strategy and future team expansion
What We're Looking For
• Proven success selling IT Services, Digital Transformation, Software Engineering, Consulting or Technology Solutions
• Strong track record of winning net-new enterprise accounts
• Experience closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Existing network within the Benelux enterprise market
• Demonstrable history of exceeding revenue targets
• Strong executive presence and board-level communication skills
• Fluent English required
• Dutch language skills advantageous but not essential
