QLM Search is partnering with a leading specialist Ingredients group with a Sales Director (Europe) hire in a specialist B2B Ingredient category. The business is a fast growth leader in providing niche ingredient solutions to Food Groups. This is an individual contributor/director level position managing an existing book of €multi-million sales. They require a proven Sales Director with a focus on Europe to create and drive the customer strategy to maximise sales growth.
Reporting the VP of the region (based in the USA) they value someone who has a development / commercial mindset and with this in mind, it is critical that the successful candidate has an understanding of working and building relationship with complex food groups from a B2B Ingredients background (they are very open on the ingredient category, it could be Flavor, Value add ingredients)
The ideal candidate will enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, stand alone, growth environment, where they have the autonomy to build world class partnerships with their customer base. You MUST have built your career with either a B2B Food Ingredients business, or a Flavor house, where they honed their skills in a combination of both business development and key account management within the B2B Food Ingredients category.
