They are seeking a Director of Sales to drive growth within the biomedical manufacturing sector. This organization specializes in developing and delivering highly engineered solutions for complex production challenges, partnering closely with customers to bring innovative products from concept through full-scale manufacturing.
With a strong international presence across North America, Europe, and Asia, the company supports a diverse range of industries including biomedical, semiconductor, telecommunications, aerospace, and automotive. Its capabilities span laser technologies, optics, automation, vision systems, and software—enabling high-precision machining across a wide spectrum of materials and applications.
The Director of Sales will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in the North American biomedical market. This individual will lead new business development efforts, build strategic relationships with key accounts, and develop sales channels to support both contract manufacturing services and capital equipment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through new business development within the biomedical device sector
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting OEMs, startups, and research-driven organizations
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and executive teams
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities in emerging markets such as minimally invasive devices, diagnostics, and implantables
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams to align technical solutions with customer needs
- Support the commercialization of new technologies, including hypotube and stent manufacturing capabilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements

- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in building and executing strategic sales plans
- Willingness to travel as needed across North America (and globally as required)
