Job Title: Sales Director - Food Ingredients


Location: Germany


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team across Europe, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Set clear performance incentives and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Oversee the sales of specialty ingredients from a diverse portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the food industry.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure product success.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a sales role.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the food ingredients industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Food Science, Business, etc.) preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
