Job Title: Sales Director - Food Ingredients
Location: Germany
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team across Europe, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Set clear performance incentives and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Oversee the sales of specialty ingredients from a diverse portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the food industry.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure product success.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a sales role.
- At least 10 years of experience in the food ingredients industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Food Science, Business, etc.) preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
