- Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders including facility managers, energy consultants, grid operators, and C-level executives.
- Guide prospects through complex sales cycles, from technical discovery to proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Develop and mentor a growing team of regional account managers and technical sales professionals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical delivery teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and solution development.

- Deep understanding of the Swedish and broader Nordic energy landscape, including experience navigating local procurement processes and utility partnerships.
- Familiarity with distributed energy technologies, energy efficiency initiatives, or smart building systems is a strong plus.
- Track record of closing high-value deals and building out high-performing sales teams.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate complex technical offerings into compelling value propositions.
- Comfortable working across diverse customer profiles — from local municipalities to multinational industrials.
- Skilled in CRM systems, digital engagement tools, and data-driven sales processes.
- Fluent in Swedish and English; additional Nordic language skills are advantageous.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Energy Systems, or a relevant technical field.
