Accountabilities
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Spanish market, focusing on retail and e-commerce segments
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing enterprise and mid-market deals
- Build and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline in collaboration with marketing teams
- Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and senior decision-makers
- Develop deep expertise in the Spanish retail and e-commerce ecosystem, including market trends and key players
- Translate customer needs into value-based solutions that support long-term partnerships and revenue growth
- Partner with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine positioning and improve market fit
- Deliver accurate forecasting and clear reporting on pipeline, performance, and growth opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events and key customer engagements in Spain
- 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with strong expertise in SaaS and consultative selling
- Deep knowledge of the Spanish retail and e-commerce market, including key dynamics and decision-making processes
- Proven track record of managing and closing complex enterprise and mid-market deals
- Consistent history of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in competitive environments
- Strong ability to build pipeline and generate new business opportunities independently
- Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to translate customer challenges into business value
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish (mandatory) and strong English communication skills
- Experience working in fully remote and asynchronous environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior-level audiences
