Sales Director (Regional) - Flavors

QLM Search is partnering a specialist ingredients group that is looking to appoint a Regional Sales Director for their Flavors business unit. Reporting to the Business Unit Vice President and forming part of the commercial leadership team, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 5 year commercial strategy in this specialist Flavor portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business.
-Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.
-Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business.
-Managed, lead and develop/coach a small sales team for the region
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches.
Candidates MUST have proven experience as a Sales Leader / Director within flavors, multiple categories across Food & Beverage and will have excellent business development, as well as key account leadership and communication skills. You need strong knowledge of category management strategies across Ingredients with a track record of driving growth through effective strategy and implementation.
