Role Summary - We’re partnered with a European EV charging SaaS platform that is entering a key phase of growth across the Benelux. This is a senior commercial leadership role with full responsibility for driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and shaping the go-to-market approach in one of Europe’s most advanced eMobility software markets. You'll play a key role in scaling the business, work closely with leadership, and build a high-performing commercial function.
Responsabilities -
- Define and execute the commercial strategy across the Netherlands
- Lead and grow key customer relationships across multiple segments including partners, fleets, energy, and infrastructure players
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, building a strong and sustainable pipeline
- Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team over time
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and operations
- Provide market insight to leadership, influencing positioning and long-term strategy
What We’re Looking For -
- Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales leadership role
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth in a B2B environment
- Experience within SaaS, EV charging, energy, mobility, or a related ecosystem is highly relevant
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when required
- Experience working with or building partner/channel-driven business models is a plus
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to build trust internally and externally
