We are looking for a Sales Director to lead the development of our Cyprus branch in an international chain of specialty food and delicatessen stores with 17 years of history and more than 100 locations across Europe.
This role is for someone who is results-driven and enjoys working in the field. You will work closely with store teams to strengthen sales performance.
Key responsibilities
• driving sales growth and store profitability
• analyzing assortment, sales performance and margins
• improving key metrics: traffic, average check and service quality
• setting competitive retail pricing
• working with marketing on promotions and campaigns
• identifying opportunities to increase sales in existing stores
• managing customer feedback and resolving complaints
