The Sales Development Representative (SDR) in our marketing team will play a crucial role in our growing company's success. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that already has great traction and is listed on Nasdaq First North, yet still operates with the agility and mindset of a startup. You'll not only focus on lead generation but also on building meaningful relationships with potential clients. We're receiving a lot of warm incoming leads, providing you with a strong base to work from, and we have a large database of cold leads ready to be activated, giving you plenty of opportunities to make an impact. We're looking for someone energetic and good at organizing their work to get the best results. If you have experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Apollo.io, that's a big plus. You'll need strong communication skills and a knack for engaging with potential clients. If you're organized, eager to learn, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!


Qualifications


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to reach out to inbound leads and schedule meetings effectively
  • Experience in creating and executing outbound campaigns via email and phone
  • High energy and enthusiasm for engaging with potential clients
  • Ability to systemize and streamline their approach to lead generation and follow-up
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot
  • Proficiency with sales engagement platforms such as Apollo.io
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Analytical mindset for tracking and optimizing outreach efforts
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes
