We’re growing fast and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our client base. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly scaling company with a clear path to new career opportunities
As an SDR at Rendify, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound business opportunities. You’ll reach out to potential clients, qualify prospects, and schedule high-quality demo meetings for our Account Executives.
Your efforts will directly drive the company’s growth and give you the experience and skills to quickly move into an AE position.
Responsibilities
- Engage and qualify outbound (20%) leads through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
- Engage and qualify inbound (80%) leads through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct cold calls to identify client needs and new business opportunities
- Schedule high-quality demo meetings for Account Executives based on defined qualification criteria
- Maintain accurate and organized records in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and maximize conversion rates
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and conversion metrics
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (SDR, BDR, or similar role)
- Strong business understanding
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Interest in architecture, design, or 3D visualization is a plus
- Based in Canada and fluent in English (French is an asset)
- Competitive base salary with a performance-based commission structure (OTE: $45,000-60,000 CAD)
