How You'll Make An Impact

Building Relationships From The Ground Up:

Engaging potential clients through personalised multi-channel outreach, including phone calls, emails, and social media.

Create Opportunities:

Identify, qualify, and nurture high-value leads to hand off to the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition.

Hit Targets, Exceed Expectations:

Surpass activity-based KPIs, including deals opened, meetings set, and outreach sequences completed.

Collaborate for Success:

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, enhance lead generation, and deliver a unified customer experience.

Prioritise for Impact:

Focus on the hottest, most valuable leads to maximise opportunities and ensure no high-potential prospect is left behind.

CRM Excellence:

Harness the full power of our CRM system (HubSpot) to track interactions, optimise outreach strategies, and maintain impeccable data hygiene for accurate reporting and actionable insights.

Educate and Inspire:

Become an industry expert who educates prospects on risks and opportunities, positioning Henry Schein One as their trusted advisor.

What You'll Bring With You

  • At least 1 year of experience within an SDR or similar sales role
  • Experience within a Saas or tech company
  • Solid experience of B2B lead generation
  • Exposure to targeted outreach and how to optimise email/CRM campaigns
  • Resilient and target-driven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding goals
  • Confidence to engage customers and build relationships
  • Experience in using CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) to track and optimise outreach efforts.
  • You're humble, driven, inquisitive, open to change and able to pivot
