Silicon Mind breidt zijn activiteiten in Nederland uit en zoekt een Nederlandstalige Outbound Business Development Specialist (Freelance / ZZP) ter ondersteuning van onze commerciële groei.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- In gesprek gaan met geselecteerde targetorganisaties in Nederland
- Contact leggen met beslissers (CEO, CIO, IT Manager, Operations)
- Behoeften identificeren op het gebied van cloud, cybersecurity, automatisering en digitale transformatie
- Introductiegesprekken inplannen met gekwalificeerde prospects
- Eerste kwalificatie uitvoeren vóór overdracht aan het technisch team
Kwalificaties
- Gevestigd in Nederland
- Vloeiend Nederlandstalig (vereist)
- Ervaring in outbound sales, leadgeneratie of business development
- Comfortabel in contact met beslissers binnen MKB en mid-market bedrijven
- Professioneel en gestructureerd
- Affiniteit met IT, cloud of digitale transformatie is een plus

Silicon Mind is expanding its activities in the Netherlands and is looking for a Dutch-speaking Outbound Business Development Specialist (Freelance / ZZP) to support our commercial growth.
Responsibilities
- Engage with selected target organizations in the Netherlands
- Initiate conversations with decision-makers (CEO, CIO, IT Manager, Operations)
- Identify potential needs in cloud, cybersecurity, automation, and digital transformation
- Schedule introductory meetings with qualified prospects
- Support early-stage qualification before handover to our technical team
Qualifications
- Based in the Netherlands
- Fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory)
- Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development
- Comfortable engaging with decision-makers in SMEs or mid-market organisations
- Professional, structured, and able to represent a technology consultancy
- Affinity with IT, cloud, or digital transformation is preferred
