About The Role:
We’re looking for a high agency Sales Associate to support our Sales and Lead Gen teams as we scale Rankad AI’s global customer base. In this role, you’ll work closely with the sales team on business generation, qualifying prospects, and will be the representation of Rankad AI in the first steps of the Sales process. In this position, You’ll gain hands-on exposure to modern B2B AI sales and business generation, while sharpening your skills and having the opportunity to become a full time member after the internship tenure.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively generate new business and book qualified meetings through outbound calls (cold calls)
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers across creative and marketing teams
- Clearly communicate the value of a complex AI product in a simple, compelling way
- Consistently hit and exceed activity and pipeline targets in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fully represent Rankad AI in the first stages of the buyer's journey.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of experience in a sales/lead generation role, preferably in a high-tech/SaaS company.
- Strong familiarity with C-level executive communication and industry language.
- Self starter, able to work in a fast moving startup with a growth mindset.
- Solid grasp of technology and excitement to work hands-on with cutting-edge AI and automation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1 English required).
- Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent in pursuing leads.
