In this role, you will sit at the intersection of sales strategy, operations, and analytics, driving performance across a major omnichannel retail partnership. You will play a critical role in shaping growth through data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and operational excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate insights into actionable plans that improve inventory health, sales execution, and customer experience. This position offers a high level of ownership, visibility, and impact within a fast-paced, international environment. You will balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring operational rigor while unlocking new opportunities for scale. Accountabilities

  • Partner closely with account and e-commerce sales teams to identify growth opportunities and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key retail stakeholders across sales analytics, replenishment, supply chain, and online merchandising.
  • Oversee forecasting, purchase orders, inventory levels, order management, and OTIF performance in collaboration with replenishment and supply chain teams.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between internal functions such as sales enablement, trade marketing, operations, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead weekly sales and performance reporting, transforming data into insights on inventory, demand trends, and shopper behavior.
  • Drive digital-first initiatives to improve online performance through optimized listings, content, inventory positioning, and e-commerce promotions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including sales growth, instocks, chargebacks, and assortment performance, and recommend continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of hands-on experience managing Walmart, Walmart.com , Sam’s Club, and Sam’s Club.com accounts.
  • Deep expertise with Walmart systems and tools such as Retail Link, Nova, Item 360, Scintilla, Supplier One, Seller Center, Salsify, and related platforms.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, store operations, and logistics.
  • Experience working with syndicated data and advanced analytics to support commercial decisions.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable translating complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Prior experience within the Walmart Toy category is a strong plus.
