Exemplary Voyages, a premier luxury travel company specializing in bespoke Sri Lanka holiday packages and tailor-made Sri Lanka and Maldives tours, is expanding its presence in Canada. We are seeking experienced and well-connected Sales & Business Development Professionals based in Canada, with proven experience in promoting and selling Sri Lanka as a travel destination.
This role is ideal for travel professionals with strong connections in the Canadian outbound travel sector who are passionate about developing Sri Lanka as a preferred long-haul destination for Canadian travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and grow B2B partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, luxury travel advisors, and travel companies across Canada
· Promote Sri Lanka luxury tours, bespoke Sri Lanka holiday packages, and tailor-made travel experiences
· Identify new business opportunities and expand Exemplary Voyages’ presence in the Canadian market
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel partners and industry stakeholders
· Conduct sales meetings, presentations, webinars, and travel agent training sessions
· Represent Exemplary Voyages at travel trade shows, travel exhibitions, and networking events across Canada
· Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor intelligence
· Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to long-term business growth
Mandatory Requirements:
· Must be based in Canada
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outbound travel sales
· Proven experience in selling Sri Lanka as a travel destination
· Strong network within the Canadian travel trade industry
· Fluent in both English and French languages
· Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
· Strong understanding of the Canadian luxury and experiential travel market
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience working with luxury travel brands, DMCs, or tour operators
· Experience selling tailor-made long-haul destinations
· Knowledge of Maldives travel products is an added advantage
