Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager as Business Partner to join our growing team at IProLoop. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management, particularly in the technology, procurement, and network & cloud security sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Market Research: Identify new business opportunities in BENELUX and DACH markets. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends, ensuring IProLoop’s offerings remain competitive.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Engage with key decision-makers to promote IProLoop’s procurement, SAP Consulting & Training and network & cloud security solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing client needs proactively.
- Business Proposals and Negotiations: Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations for potential clients. Lead negotiations and close deals that meet both client and company objectives.
- Partnership Development: Foster partnerships with other businesses, vendors, and stakeholders to expand IProLoop’s network and market reach. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to senior management. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall business development efforts.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment between business development and product delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the procurement, SAP, or network & cloud security sectors.
- Strong track record of success in B2B sales, with the ability to develop relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Excellent understanding of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sale support.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Fluent in English & Dutch; additional language skills (e.g., German, Spanish) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
