Regional Sales Order Administrator – Eastern Europe
Preferred Location: Sweden or Denmark

Must be fluent in Swedish and ideally, another Nordic language
Are you a confident, detail‑driven multitasker who thrives in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment? We’re looking for a Regional Sales Order Administrator to support our operations and work closely with our Sales team.
This is a key role where you’ll manage complex order flows across multiple Northern European markets while keeping processes tight and efficient. You’ll need strong organisation skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work across cultures—including supporting a large team of
Sales Managers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage complete order administration for distributed sales across multiple Northern European markets.
- Ensure sales teams follow internal processes, timelines, and documentation standards.
- Maintain accurate order records, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics and finance teams.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with a high‑energy sales environment.
- Support multilingual administrative tasks across Nordic countries, main ones being Sweden, Denmark, Finland.
- Provide customer interaction support in selected markets as the role evolves.
What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
- Fluency in at least two Northern European languages.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in Sales Administration, Order Management, or similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously.
- Confident communicator able to maintain structure in a high-pressure sales environment.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
Great to Have (Advantageous)
- Based in Sweden (preferred for HR and operational alignment).
- Fluency in Sweden and/or Finnish—especially valuable for our core markets.
- Additional Northern European languages.
- Experience working with international logistics, Rotterdam operations, or multi‑market order flows.
