Role Description - Nordic Sales & Account Manager
We are growing and looking for a Sales & Account Manager to join our Nordic team.
You will play a central role in driving business growth within our partner Stibo Systems' ecosystem, collaborating closely with the Sales and Account Management team at Stibo Systems as well as Nexer’s delivery teams.
This is a diverse and hands-on role that combines new logo sales, upselling to existing customers, and expanding joint accounts between Nexer and Stibo Systems. You will be both a hunter and a relationship builder, someone who thrives in a mix of outbound activity, partnership collaboration, and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities
All sales within the PIM/MDM domain at Nexer are rooted in Advisory Sales our version of solution selling. This means taking a consultative, insight-driven approach where we focus on understanding the customer’s real challenges around master data, digital transformation, integration, and sustainability.
Instead of selling services, we help clients clarify their needs, uncover the root problems, and shape the right solution together. Our role is to guide, advise, and demonstrate how Nexer’s capabilities can create tangible business value both short and long term.
New Business Development – New Logos
Identify, engage, and win new customers, both independently and together with Stibo Systems’ sale team. You take initiative in outreach, early discovery calls, meetings, and building relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
New Business Development – Within the Stibo Systems Ecosystem
Identify and win new customers for Nexer by upselling into the existing Stibo Systems STEP customer base. These are new clients for Nexer, but already active Stibo Systems customers.
You will collaborate closely with Stibo’s account management teams to surface opportunities, align strategies, and drive joint sales motions.
Strategic Expansion & Nexer Account Growth
Develop, manage, and expand relationships with existing Nexer clients in close collaboration with our delivery and development teams.
You contribute to strengthening Nexer’s account management model and help shape how we work strategically and long-term with our client base.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with consultants, delivery leads, and marketing to create proposals, presentations, and coordinated campaigns.
Ensure smooth internal alignment and a strong, unified customer experience across all touchpoints.
About You
You are a self-starter with a genuine interest in business issues rooted in , data, and business growth.
You enjoy connecting with people and building long-term trust.
You are comfortable with both structured processes and entrepreneurial freedom.
You take pride in being part of a team but are also confident driving your own pipeline.
Qualifications:
Experience in B2B solution sales, account management, or consulting (IT, SaaS, or data-related fields preferred). Understanding of digital transformation, MDM/PIM, or data-driven business concepts is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Nordic language. You are a resident of Sweden or Denmark and eligible to travel within all the Nordics and occasionally internationally (e.g., USA).
