Job Description:
Support the risk management team in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating operational, financial, and strategic risks.
Conduct risk assessments, scenario analyses, and compliance reviews to ensure organizational resilience.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate risk findings and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with internal departments to implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor controls.
Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and emerging risk trends.
Assist in maintaining risk registers, policies, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in risk analysis, compliance, or audit is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and risk management tools.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks.
