Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI performance on e-commerce and retail operations workflows
- Assess product categorization, catalog management, and merchandising recommendations
- Review AI-generated outputs related to consumer shopping experiences and purchase workflows
- Provide structured feedback on product operations and retail data accuracy
- Support AI training initiatives focused on commerce and consumer-facing systems
Requirements
- Strong experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or merchandising environments
- Hands-on experience with product catalog management and retail workflows
- Familiarity with large-scale retail or vendor operations processes
- Strong analytical and commercial reasoning skills
- Ability to assess whether product insights and recommendations are commercially sound
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
