Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to leverage your extensive network and drive meaningful growth for a data-driven, forward-thinking company?


Outlier Lab seeks experienced seasoned professional with at least 20 years in sales roles who bring a wealth of experience and a robust business network. You choose to remain active, capitalise on your connections, and join a dynamic company with strong ethical foundations.


We are looking for an experienced Reseller who embody respect, integrity, and clear communication and know how to create a pull effect rather than push clients to buy. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset and a strong interest in psychological insights and data-driven sales approaches.


Outlier Lab is a bootstrapped startup committed to an entrepreneurial approach to market expansion. This is an independent, commission-based role; we do not offer employment contracts.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Opportunity Identification

Utilise your business network to uncover and create new sales opportunities.

Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners, using your seasoned influence to guide them.


2. Relationship-Driven Lead Generation

Generate high-quality leads through your established network, referrals, and a tailored, research-based approach.

Build and maintain authentic relationships with key decision-makers, creating a natural pull effect rather than a high-pressure push.


3. Strategic Collaboration

Collaborate with Outlier Lab’s CEO and Head of Marketing & Sales to ensure alignment in objectives and target market expansion.

Share your insights to refine strategies and elevate the company's go-to-market efforts.


4. Expanding Market Reach

Leverage your industry knowledge to identify new regional, global, or industry opportunities.

Act as a trusted brand ambassador, embodying Outlier Lab’s values of integrity and client respect in all interactions.


5. Optional Sales Agent Network Development

After successfully signing 25 customers, you may build and lead a team of sales agents, extending Outlier Lab’s reach and benefiting from their performance.


Requirements:

Experience: 20+ years in sales roles, primarily focusing on relationship management and business development.

Network: Established connections at the CEO, CRO, or Head of Sales level in technology, pharmaceuticals, finance, manufacturing, consulting, sales training, or M&A.

Skills: Proven success in influencing and closing high-value deals through respectful, relationship-based sales techniques. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Attitude: grounded in clarity, decency, and respect.

Work ethic: Ability to work independently with solid self-motivation and accountability. Passionate about data-driven approaches, interested in sales performance and employee development.
