CaptureIntel (A Marsden Company), is looking for a Research Investigator in Twin Cities Metro Area to gather data, review and analyze information, and provide clear, accurate results to clients across the country. This includes doing research, checking facts, organizing findings, and creating easy-to-understand reports. The goal is to help clients make informed decisions based on true and confirmed information.
Core Responsibilities
- Research
o Request and conduct public record research
o Run database searches
o Conduct verbal verifications (employment, etc.)
o Review incoming public record research results for accuracy
o Conduct discreet and disclosure searches
- Analysis
o Analyze public record research results
o Analyze database search results
o Analyze customer requests
o Interface with Account Managers
- Case Creation
o Organize and interpret collected data, identifying key findings
o Draft case reports outlining all findings
o Follow templates as instructed
o Review own reports for accurate information, grammar, punctuation, etc.
- Case Management
o Ability to keep Salesforce updated (status codes, chatter, tasks)
o Maintain and meet timelines/due dates
o Ability to juggle multiple case types
- Technology
o Learn and maintain proficiency with relevant databases, software, online tools, etc.
- Miscellaneous
o Support management team as necessary
o Maintain active participation in any development plans as assigned
o Take active role in searching for training and continuing education opportunities

Experience Required
• High School Degree
• Research-based investigations and/or experience conducting background checks preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Adobe software products
