About Us
We’re building the future of off-grid, nature-based stays — placing beautifully designed glass cabins in pristine locations across the Nordics and Southern Africa. Backed by forward-thinking investors, our venture sits at the intersection of eco-tourism, conscious living, and tech-enabled hospitality.
Now, we’re exploring a new frontier: tokenizing ownership of our cabins to create an innovative, community-aligned funding model — and we’re looking for a brilliant mind to help us map it out.
The Role
We’re hiring a sharp and curious Research Intern to lead our internal exploration of tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs) — namely our cabin units — and designing a structure where token holders could earn rental income or other forms of yield.
You’ll work directly with the founder and help answer big questions like:
- Can we tokenize ownership of cabins and lease them back under a legal, compliant structure?
- What are the legal and tax implications across jurisdictions like Sweden, Denmark, and Norway?
- How might we design token economics that are investor-friendly and operationally sound?
- What are the best examples out there — and what can we learn from them?
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal and financial research on tokenization of real-world assets (RWAs)
- Compare multiple token models (rental yield, rev-share, DAO-style, security tokens)
- Map legal and tax implications across relevant jurisdictions
- Draft a summary deck outlining 2–3 viable models with pros/cons
- Work closely with founder to iterate on a go-forward strategy
You Might Be a Fit If You Are
- A final-year law or finance student (or recent grad) with a strong interest in Web3
- Curious and self-driven, with strong research and synthesis skills
- Comfortable reading legal material in multiple jurisdictions (bonus if Nordic)
- Familiar with token economics, DeFi, DAOs, or blockchain-based ownership models
- Excited by startup pace, ambiguity, and solving open-ended questions
What We Offer
- A chance to work on a cutting-edge real-world application of blockchain in hospitality
- Mentorship from seasoned entrepreneurs in tech, property, and sustainability
- Fully remote setup, flexible hours (EU timezone overlap preferred)
- Opportunity to extend into a longer-term paid engagement if we find a great fit
