🚀 About the Internship
Certiff located in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, is exploring new markets and opportunities to expand its digital verification and certification services. As part of this effort, we’re conducting research on how digital tools can support skills recognition, workforce mobility, and trust in vocational training across Europe — this position is focused on Bulgaria. We’re offering a research internship to support this initiative. You will work on real-world questions in education, employment, and digital transformation — no deep prior knowledge needed in the field. Just bring curiosity, research skills, and an interest in the future of learning and work.
🎯 What You'll Work On
You’ll work independently but with plenty of support from our team. We’ll guide you with clear direction and research goals, and you’ll be welcome to reach out anytime for questions, feedback, or simply to have a discussion. You may also be invited to join internal meetings or project discussions, depending on your interest. You will focus on two areas and the topics will be assigned based on your interests and background.
Possible Research Areas for the Bulgarian market include but are not limited to:
- Market & Economy, labour market trends, and vocational education landscape.
- Market Characteristics & Demand.
- Competitive Environment & Technological Trends.
- Health, Safety & Regulation.
- Legal compliance, regulation, monitoring, and penalty system
- Occupational risks — especially in fields like construction, logistics, and healthcare — where validated training is critical.
🌟 What You'll Gain
- A certificate of completion & potential recommendation letter
- Experience contributing to a real-world EU digital transformation pilot
- A strong understanding of EU and national policy, and employment systems
- A personal mentor, regular feedback, and networking
