About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research Assistant to support research and data analysis initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who are curious, analytical, and eager to contribute to impactful projects in a fully remote environment.

As a Research Assistant, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data, helping drive informed decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using various tools and methodologies
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations based on research findings
  • Assist in designing research frameworks, surveys, and data collection strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of research activities
  • Support project teams with insights and recommendations
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and relevant developments


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Business, Data Analytics, or related discipline)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in research, data analysis, or similar role
  • Familiarity with research tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or survey platforms)
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
