- Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Knowledge of tissue culture, molecular biology, and genetics laboratory test techniques
- Familiarity with qPCR, PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, and protein expression techniques
- Strong organizational skills and excellent computer proficiency
- Experience collaborating with a team in a laboratory environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary
