OverviewWe are seeking a diligent Research Assistant to support research projects by collecting, analyzing, and organizing data while assisting with literature reviews and reporting. This role is ideal for those passionate about contributing to academic, scientific, or market research initiatives.
Conduct literature reviews, gather data through surveys, experiments, or interviews, and maintain accurate records.
Assist in data entry, cleaning, analysis using tools like Excel, SPSS, or R, and prepare summaries or visualizations.
Support preparation of reports, presentations, grant proposals, and publications.
Coordinate research logistics, including scheduling, participant recruitment, and equipment setup.
Ensure compliance with protocols, ethics standards, and data confidentiality.
Collaborate with researchers and teams to track project progress and contribute to findings.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Biology, Business); advanced students encouraged.
Experience with research methods, data analysis tools, and basic statistics.
Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Familiarity with qualitative/quantitative software (e.g., NVivo, Stata) or IRB processes.
Detail-oriented with ability to work independently or in teams.
Hands-on research experience and exposure to publication processes.
Mentorship for advancing to research coordinator or analyst roles.
